That's right, after a three-year hiatus Hip Tastes is back, and we're going big.  As in, big options for revelry this holiday season at our first-ever festival for the senses affair: Mix It Up!

Here are some more tasty details:

*We'll feature three custom unisex (seriously - boy & girl friendly, we promise!) scents made with the likes of hot booze-inspired ingredients including vodka, grape spirit, juniper & wormwood.  Wormwood as in Absinthe's long illegal critical ingredient!  Smell components & final blends and take your fav home with you in a delux sample size.

*Wine will be poured from Carl Sutton's eclectic lineup of killer table reds, (new! + very limited) sparkling rose and dessert wines.  Meet Carl and taste his famous brown-label vermouth and some of its components (the rest are secrets) at the Vermouth Bar.  Come see me at the wine bar, naturellement. ;)

*Get crafty & customize your own piece of floral flair.  Select from a chic assortment of hair fascinators, bouttonieres for the gentlement and other fun accoutrements.  We aim to please and this will be a very fun activity + accessory!

*Participate in our very own Twitter-powered scavenger hunt in the 'hood (Dogpatch = SF's new gourmet ghetto - @HipTastesMaven for the 411).  We'll email out details to all ticket-holders in the days before the event.  PRIZES will be awarded at the event!

*Score holiday gifts in the form of Sutton Cellars vino, Hip Tastes book (I'll be on hand to sign) and perfume on site.  A sweet opportunity to get your holiday shopping out of the way before Thanksgiving!
